My mom has tried to book the guest apartment twice over the last 4 months and both times there were problems with her bookings. The first time was for my sister. Booked for 3days but had to spend the first day on a fold away bed because management allowed to previous guest to remain a day over, which was the first day of my mom's booking for my sister. Among the many impressive charistics of the facility are the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the welcoming nature of the other residents as well as the quality and diversity of the food.
