Staff care is limited and often have an attitude that i have observed. The family member living there is not happy but has "gotten used to it." I have heard staff being disrespectful to residents but when I speak with administration I am blown off. My family member doesn't participate in activities but I seen the activities going on when I visit during the day and there is usually a decent amount of attendees. CriticalLife at the Park.
The facility is fairly nice. The apartment size is ideal for one person. As far as cleaning is concerned they are to clean once a week but doesn't occur often. We have had to request the apartment to be cleaned. We have had issues with Meds being given and the correct Meds at times very dissatisfied hopefully they seem to have corrected this issue. The cafeteria is clean and seem to provide good selection of food sometimes there are lengthy wait times for their food to be served. Some staff seem very helpful and pr…
