★★★★★
PositiveIts been a year since she moved, that said their staff were very capable and friendly, these big institutions are under strain due to inflation. My mother thought the food quality was getting worse at Pasea, but again she's picky.

PositiveThey are top notch. We called A Place for Mom, and they were wonderful. They asked us detailed questions about the level of care my mom needed and gave us several facilities to consider in San Diego. ★★★★★
CriticalIt looked clean and peaceful. My visit was by Phone Face time. The person was very helpful in answering most of my questions. I am considering a two-week visit to get a truer feeling for the facilities.
★★★★★
PositiveThe care is good, the food is good. The cleanliness is atrocious.

The medical and care teams always keep me updated with any news or changes. They have daily specials on their menu so there is variety, and the facility itself is always clean and well kept. Nevertheless, I recommend it highly. They gave exce…
