CriticalIt's inexpensive but the concept of roaches dead in the hallways for days is not a place that I want a loved one. It's budget friendly but if you can afford more I would go elsewhere. They had some wonderful people but one of the main people left or got released within the 2 months that he was there. Not sure what their budget is but can restructure and make it a better place.

Critical1) Why doesn't the administration and the staff wear name badges? 2) Why doesn't the emergency pull cords in the bathrooms working? 3) Why are some of the residents receiving the wrong medications?

Criticalthis place has gone done. the rooms needs to be painted. leaks on the ceiling, holes in wall and baseboard. the electric plug in no plates on them. rooms smell bad. they need to paint and fix the rooms better. the parking lot needs to be surface again. very uneven for walkers. ac filters are not change monthly. the staff is great there . they need to put in healthy vendor machines than junk food. most of this ppl in the facilities are diabetics and should not have that in there. did maintenance report on a room and…

CriticalThis is an old building that management is struggling to keep up in operation. When there are building or property repairs in need and rather than save money to pay for those , they decide to paint. Since my family member has been here, this is the forth time some area has been painted in two years. Most of the staff are nice but I guess like any other ALF there are those only here for a pay check . They claim that "we care and it shows" well I don't feel that the residents believe that statement. Th…

CriticalHanna Oaks ALF was at the bottom of our list. There was a smell to the place as soon as we walked in the door, the staff was nice and knowledgeable, I saw some people laying on the couches in the hallway, and the residents outside the front door smoking. I guess they were doing some activities outside, but I did not notice what it was. The room was average, with two beds, and no privacy.
