PositiveWe are very pleased, [name removed] is starting to settle in but looks for everything she can find to complain about. I think she will learn to like more as time passes. The place is very clean, the service is more than can be expected. I think the food is excellent ( she can't find anything good to say but seems to clean her plate most Of the time) Only positives from us though

PositiveThis looks like a beautiful place. It was very lively. It felt like a vacation resort. The price was a little out of our price range but for someone that can afford it, it was great.
★★★★★
CriticalOverall it was not a great experience. Very inconsistent in care, food was not good at all, they do not accommodate special diets .
★★★★★
CriticalVery clinical and cold beautiful facility but felt no warmth or welcoming expensive and everything was extra cable level of care etc

CriticalPoorly managed, the food is not good, things are not kept clean floors in the dining room area are always dirty. The public bathrooms are not cleaned very well. My mom's level of care plan was never followed the way it was supposed to be followed. She was given the wrong medication on several occasions when she was at the end of life it was supposed to have her morphine every two hours, one day it was four hours before she got her dose of medicine. Also, we had to contact corporate three separate occasions. My pa…
