CriticalSo disappointed
We were so disappointed in them. They asked us to leave because my mother was falling and they were getting fined. They seemed to have no interest in coming up with a solution, even medication management or a special chair for her which we would gladly have paid for. They insisted we pay for a 24/7 caregiver in addition to charging us the highest rate. I cannot recommend them!

Disappointed in the turnover of administrative staff. There is an incredible turnover in the kitchen weight staff. Transportation has been an issue but lately it's been better they need to improve their efficiency running the building

They are short-staffed, the Activities Director quit within 4 weeks of us coming there, food is good not great, room is somewhat small, and my mother fell repeatedly and broke a rib and vertebrae. It took them a month to increase her level of supervision despite her requiring hospitalization within the first week there, which increases our cost by [amount removed] They asked us to pay for a caregiver to be with her and then didn't like our caregiver. I'm going to be honest here communication with the director is lacking. We love the new activities Director she's fantastic but she has to do way too many things. Their transportation is a big issue because if they have known to drive the activities Director has to leave and do the driving. And they spoke about offering another day for medical appointments and they never came through with that. My mom is in memory care. Most of the staff are friendly and kind, and the director is experienced and caring. But the staff to resident ratio could be better and the communication overall is lacking. The facility is newer construction and nice, but the memory care wing is limited in where residents can go. Independent and assisted living residents may have a better experience.

Beginning process was ready to be easy I feel like the issue of staffing and scheduling for home health aides was not great. The first month to six weeks was really quite hit or miss with the service we were not getting responses back from the director or the nursing staff which made it difficult to help my parents transition.
