Food rating decreased due to lack of staff in the kitchen but overall meals are otherwise well prepared and tasty. A lot of fun activities daily with excellent bus driver. Apartments are spacious. Overall facility building is well kept and clean.

We have lived here at the Waterford for a year. It is such a friendly place, both residents and staff. We have a lovely apartment that looks out on a beautiful garden complete with a koi pond. We have a full kitchen and an in-apartment washer and dryer. Full meal plans are available and breakfast is available for all. My husband has assisted living services and I have independent living. There are many activities available, including van excursions and trips to various stores as well as to medical appointments. .
