PositiveMy wife and I took a tour of your very nice facility. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the various areas, as well as the friendliness of your staff. The dining menu seems well diversified, and we were assured that the staff preparing the meals are very experienced, and your chef has been with The Watermark for many years. The only issue was with the availability of larger apartments. Since we both prefer separate bedrooms and bathrooms similar to a number of units at our current facility, we will continue…

I would rate them all but the food. Only because I did not ever taste the food and she didn't say anything about it. I do have to say the staff was one of the very best!!!!! They were just always there for my mom. If she was having a bit of depression like when she found out she had cancer, two of the workers sat with her and hugged her and cried with her until she could pull herself back together. They are just so caring to all of the residents.

Many staff have left, costs of being a resident there are outrageous. Rent goes up by obnoxious amounts yearly. However staff are nice and caring.

Our group entertains the residents periodically. We have observed how kind and considerate the staff is to the residents. In addition, they go the extra mile for entertainers to assure we have help with any requests, so we, in turn, can provide an experience that is fun and interactive for the residents.
