The Willows at East Lansing was a nice facility. The staff was nice, very helpful, and friendly. The facility was nice, clean, and homey. It was just that the other facility was a little bit more comfortable for me, but both would be facilities that I wouldn't hesitate to take my husband to. The layout was nice. I don't have anything bad to say about the facility from my visit that day.

My friend was at The Willows at East Lansing. I would not recommend that place. They placed her in memory care and left her in her room with no contact. The grounds were attractive. They allowed residents to hang bird feeders outside, which was helpful. Food was always cold and delayed. The medical staff was not existent. They told me they had ordered the chest X-rays she needed from their mobile X-ray unit. The X-ray unit never showed up. I had to take my friend to an urgent care facility to get her chest X-ray so…

The Willows at East Lansing is a lovely building and facility. They were very helpful and looked like they gave very good care. I know the food is good because I'm familiar with their rehab facility. I was impressed. They had a dining room, activity rooms, and nice outside courtyards.

A wonderful environment, cleanliness and visual warmth is homelike and is top-notch. Staff members are amazing; generous and caring, always going above and beyond. Always giving of themselves for the good of the client. Activities and opportunities are fabulous, they exceed expectation. Every staff member I know - from admin, cooking, serving, cleaning, aides, maintenance, nursing and more - is invested in making The Willows a great place to live and visit. I really can't praise it enough. Top marks!
