PositiveThe staff are very nice and caring. They seem attentive. I like that many of them have been there for quite a few years. I like that I can text [name removed] (memory care director) any time with questions and she responds quickly. I think the facility is clean, smells good, bright and is pretty to look at. I had a hard time accepting the room size and that my mom has a roommate but in the end, the amount of fun activities outweighed the room. PositiveOverall, we really like this assisted living community. It is a medium-sized community—not too small and not too large—which provides a nice balance for socializing and activities. My mom absolutely loves the activities director and really enjoys participating in the activities. The caregivers and staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Right now a lot of the residents are not happy with the food they are getting. They need to get good meals for proper nutrition way they get the proper nutrition. Both elevators in the facility continue to break down. I believe there should be an…

While my grandfather has been staying here, over $[removed] went missing from his bank account through fraudulent checks. Somehow, either a staff member or a visitor was able to freely access his room, find his checkbook, and use it without his knowledge. What’s most disturbing is that The Woodmark has shown little concern or accountability for this breach of safety. The Albuquerque Police Department has also been unhelpful,…
