PositiveI give it 5 stars! The staff is absolutely wonderful. The care, activities, food, cleanliness everything is great! My mom has a one bedroom apartment And the assisted living side which is perfect. I think the biggest thing is with her dementia. I know that she is safe and cared for. I would definitely recommend it.

PositiveExtremely nice. Unfortunately my brother never got to move in. The weekend he was to move in he was hospitalized and became very ill. After hospitalization he was placed back into a skilled nursing facility. What I didn't like and what I have now learned was the community fee in addition to the first months rent. Then I had to give 30 days notice so I had to pay more. I have now learned about asking for incentives and negotiating these fees. I had no clue that was an option. So my brother paid around $[removed]k an…

PositiveEveryone was friendly and very professional. Our issues were probably just our own misunderstandings. He was just there for a respite stay. They did not have any skilled nursing help, which he needed for a foot wound. Also, we didn't realize we needed to provide all the pads and diapers, so that was an issue. The bed was just a regular bed and wasn't adjustable (like a hospital bed), and he really can't lay flat, so I had to buy pillows and have them delivered so he could prop up. It's a beautiful place, just not e…

PositiveTraditions at Hunter Station was new, and it was nice. They gave me a calendar showing me all the activities. The staff was very nice. It was very clean. I didn't see any that appeared to be dirty at all. They had nice-sized rooms. It was very welcoming. They had a nice sitting area right where you walked in.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat stood out the most - He was always clean and dressed appropriately. He loved to sit outside on the enclosed patio and they would take him out and check on him. He was a picky eater and somehow they convinced him to try new things.
★★★★★
PositiveTraditions at Hunter Station have friendly staff. It seems like they care about the people there. They did everything they're supposed to. They were remodeling the room that they showed me, which was about halfway done. It was a nice place. I liked it a lot.
