Friendly staff. Spacious & clean facility with lots of activities and amenities. Everyone was super helpful. 2 Televisions. Nice view. Nice kitchen arrangement. Comfortable furniture for mom & guests.

CriticalCould be nice, but very short staffed
We placed my father in Traditions and moved him after 4 months. They did not clean his room very well, and often had to clean it ourselves. The food was very slow and they often were out of things. Tablecloths were dirty. Most of the time they did not do laundry and my family had to do it for him. Many times when I visited dad in memory care his bed was wet and no one changed the sheets or wiped the mattress down. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. They do many things to welcome newcomers and help them become acclimated. Food and d as support is good. Only thing keeping me from rating a 5 is timeliness to perform maintenance type issues on the apartment. Understood they need to prioritize more serious issues but the bathroom fan has not been working since my mom moved in. We've turned in a few work requests. Fan is still not operating. Mainly due to internal communication for scheduling showers, housekeeping etc.. the staff is super friendly they really try hard to make things right. Community Spaces are always kept nice. I would recommend to others.
