CriticalMy parents are taken care of, but there is a shortage of staff and a big turnover. There have been at least 3 administrators since they have been there in less than a year. This causes unrest and communication is lacking. There isn't enough kitchen help and meals are often served late. We are hopeful that the new administrator and director of nursing will be able to improve things.

CriticalI’m the adult daughter of a former resident. Dad was placed@Trustwell Sr Living in Raytown on [date removed]. I didn’t place him there. I’m a retired Clinical Social Worker(Masters in Social Work) w/45yrs experience. Medical/Rehab experience (30+yrs). I spent 5 days & overnights w/dad @Trustwell. I met w/their LPN-Nurse 2x. Positive[name removed] seems to be happy there for the most part. They have had a LOT of turnover at the manager position. [name removed] sometimes complains about the food, but says they usually correct any problems. Other than that, everything seems fine. She does some activities and outings. She has a small 1 bedroom apartment and its clean and plenty big for her.
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff was not equipped with what my sister in law needed as far as her care. The room size was good. The food was ok.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff and care very good. Dad likes most of food but he has low appetite. Cleanliness very good. His apartment is spacious. This facility is very nice and get a lot for the reasonable cost.
★★★★★
PositiveThe direct care staff (CNAs) are very helpful and caring. The administration is more aloof and it is hard to get follow-through on what we are told will happen.
