Twelve Oaks was clean and the residents looked well cared for, but it was going to be a semi-private room. My sister couldn't afford a private room there. She is a smoker, and they had an area set aside that was a sheltered part of the facility where smokers could go. They had a nice dining area, like a cafeteria, where people could have their meals.
