PositiveThe facility was spotless and well taken care of. The residents were all engaged in activities organized by the staff. When you first walk in you’re treated with courtesy and kindness and feel really welcome. I toured the facility with [name removed] who was a great hostess who really has a passion for taking care of the residents and it was evident throughout.

4-5. My family member said food was ok. I didn't have any so I am just going by what they said. The staff was very caring. The sizes of the room was a little small but it worked out for us. They seem to keep everything maintained. The room was clean.

Staff has had a high turnover since Jan. Many shifts are short staffed. (Which is not unusual as there is a shortage nationwide of staffing). The Staff has been very good with residents and cares for them very well. Great activities there! Elsa is coordinator of activities and always has scheduled activities each day. Mom has been more active at Twin Creeks. cleanliness of facility is amazing! Most times in these facilities they can have a smell however the lady that cleans takes such care in cleaning and it's evid…
