Everything has been great. I feel welcomed, and the staff is very respectful and works hard. I have all the room I need, given my situation. From [name removed], down, the staff seems to really care. I am not sure I understand the expectations for the weekly room cleanings.

The staff are great. They are always helpful and friendly. The activities leave a lot to be desired. The Bingo for instance if you Bingo the choices of prizes are a small tube of toothpaste, small deodorant, small package of tissues. Obviously their funds are not much. The apartments are pretty nice. But very expensive. Inside of the building are keep pretty clean. But the outside could be better. What I was the most disappointed was the meals. The chefs are doing their best, but they are held to a very tight budg…

The overall experience has been awesome. The only issues that I have had is sometimes they are short staffed and it takes a very long time to get the meals after you order them. Also, I had an issue where my silverware was dirty and I did address it with [name removed] and I'm pretty sure he got it straight. I hope because I haven't had any more dirty silverware.
