About Victorian Gardens

Nestled among the forested rolling hills of eastern Missouri, Victorian Gardens offers resort-style independent living in a spacious, latte-colored community building with red brick accents and an elegant columned entryway. Designed to mimic a small village, the interior of the airy building resembles an entire community, complete with faux building fronts, street lamps, a general store, and lush, green plant life.…

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My father is over at Victorian Gardens and so far, it's been excellent. He has dementia, and usually, for something like that, he'd have to go to a nursing home. But with the care they give him over there, he's able to skip the nursing home and just live in a nice place like that. They help him out a lot. The staff cares about the people there, which is nice. They go out of their way for them. I have tried the food, the soup's really good while some of the other stuff is 50-50. Overall, it'…

My sister is in Victorian Gardens in Eureka. It's an independent living community, but they will assist with some things. She has help with her medication and anything that she would need. Other than that, she's pretty much independent. My mom also lived there for years and passed away there. They took very good care of her. My sister has lived there for almost 4 years now, and they have done a lot for her. It was tough during COVID to have enough staff, and I know from what I've heard that everybody…

I visited this facility

I love the amenities at Victorian Gardens. The staff was really nice. They had a pool, a big open area that they could have entertainment, and a theater. I did not like that there was not enough outdoor space. The residents said the food was really good. The rooms were nice, but some of them were a far walk to the amenities.

I really like Victorian Gardens. It used to be a hotel and has a pool in its lower portion. It is very nice and clean. They provide two meals a day. They have everything that my brother needs. The stafff members are very nice. The food is good. It's expensive but good for the money, I think.

Happy Mom, Happy Family

Victorian-Gardens is now considered home by my mom. It gives her the feeling of being independent but also a feeling of content and security knowing that there are those close by that are available to meet her every need. The food is excellent though her only complaint is wishing to have seconds on cobbler (ha ha). The rooms are very spacious and with her using a walker, this is a plus for maneuvering. She loves sitting in the courtyard and the feeling that you are outside without any discomfort. She and our family…

It's beautiful. My mother is there and she is so happy. The staff are extra nice. Can't say enough about this place. Mom is socializing and just happy. Her biggest complaint is not enough people get involved in activities and there you sit all day.
