CriticalThe property was not kept up outside. Residents were wondering around and not supervised. The manager complained about my appointment time and seemingly rush through the property. I would not recommend this property.

PositiveWe were mostly impressed with the way the residents were treated and how they had good communication, food, and activities for them. The campus is beautiful and the Studio unit was what my sister was looking for. We have a few more to see in the Villages area but you are top of the list.

Generally we are happy with all aspects of the facility. I have eaten there with Mom and the food was good. Staff is attentive and friendly. Room is always clean as is the rest of the facility.

Some nurses were very helpful, others didn't do much, so hit or miss depending on whom was working. They didn't accommodate the multiple moving of furniture we had to do and they were proactive on comments we made, like ants in the bathroom.
