CriticalI went to look at Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections. The people were friendly. The lady that showed me around was very friendly and sweet. The room she showed me was gorgeous, and I loved it, but I didn't have the feeling there that I did in the other facility.

PositiveVillas of Holly Brook is a newer community and it seems like a good Christian based place. We like that the community is located in our loved ones home town where they grew up their entire life. So far it has been a pretty good experience. They have a ton of different activities going on, the residents constantly have in house activities to go and even get to take field trips. They have experience some turnover rate but the staff are friendly and we would recommend this community to other families.

PositiveMy dad has been at Villas of Holly Brook. It is a beautiful place, it's quiet, they have good food, everyone is cheerful. They care about their residents and take very good care of them. His apartment is spacious and clean. Each resident wears a buzzer and they have a system where they know where each resident is at all times; it's connected to that buzzer. PositiveThe lady at Harrisburg Villas of Holly Brook was very nice and helpful, took her time with us, and explained everything very well. It was all nice and clean. We got to look down the hallway and see the cafeteria. They haven't had a case of the virus there, so they're really careful about letting people in. CriticalMy parent has been there for almost a year. We have to ask for the room to be cleaned. Sadly the food is terrible. Not geared for seniors or anyone else. We were told there was home cooked meals. My parent has not been able to eat hardy anything from this facility. I actually saw pudding dumped on a saucer sitting in the room. For almost $3000 a month you would think the food, cleanliness, and the employees would be much better. The turn over rate is very high I have noticed. Would not make this choice again. They …
