CriticalThe ONLY reason I am giving this 2 stars and not something lower is Trish, MJ, and Tracey. These 3 know and understand how to deal with patients and their families dealing with dementia. The overnight and weekend staff have no idea how to work with dementia residents. In a single month, our mother 89 had fallen 3 times, which they sometimes do, had a UTI which was mentioned 3 times and blown off as this is normal behavior, taken to the hospital with severe COPD and CHF.
