PositiveStaff (Marie H., Loucinda H., Jennifer R., etc.) at Vista Del Lago have been great assisting my friend, Virginia, as she traverses her journey with Alzheimer's. Whenever there is an issue, the staff there along with the great med techs (Somer, Rebecca, Thomas, etc.) will listen and take appropriate action. They also keep in touch with you if your loved one needed medical assistance. The place is kept clean and they do not use pesticides in the outdoor patio area to which Virginia and I are both appreciative.

CriticalVista Del Lago was a small community. It was clean, but it looked a little more unkempt. If we walked into the spa areas for showers (because I wanted to see what it looked like in there), it wasn't clean. There were towels on the floor. There was water seeping out (from somebody who had just taken a shower I guess). Walking through the facility, there were two people outside sitting in the sun saying "Can I go back in? Can I go back in?", and the lady that I was with said, "Yes, we'll help…

PositiveMy Uncle has no family in the area and I live in Canada, so it's great to know that he is well taken care of at Vista del Lago. Wonderful caring staff and fun activities. Being kept informed with pictures and videos is great, especially in these hard times. They are quick to ensure that everyone follows the strict protocols so that residents and staff are safe against the COVID19 virus. Best of all, keeping family members constantly updated even if there is no change means so much when we can't be there for them. …

PositiveMy sister has been at the Vista Del Lago for a few years now and I continue to be impressed with the quality of her care! I am relieved to know she is so well cared for. And I am so appreciative of the kindness of all the workers there, the respect afforded residents, the warmth of the care givers, the enthusiasm of staff and the reliable and regular communication provided to loved ones from not only the direct care providers but also from administrative staff and even the executive director. The workers at the Vis…

PositiveVista Del Lago is a wonderful facility to care for your loved one. I was unexpectedly in charge of my Aunt's care after she suffered a stroke then rapid memory loss. We tried a few places before God led us to this place. Without a doubt, I would pick this place again. Caregivers are very professional. The facility is cleaned multiple times a day. It always looks and smells fresh.
