Vista Springs Timber Ridge - EL

The community is beautiful! All four buildings! The residents are engaged and happy! There is a lot of laughter and fun being had every time I visit. The food is amazing! The staff are engaged and seem to love the residents. I highly recommend.

I liked Vista Springs Timber Ridge Village, but they're further away. It'd be a hundred-mile round trip from my house. The facility was very nice. The rooms were nice and it's a fairly modern building and they've upgraded a bunch of it and I liked that. It's a nice property. This community has been barely skating past state inspections. Residents don’t get the care that they need or even the medications they are supposed to get. The staffing is horrible.

My mom has found the place called Vista Springs. She has moved into assisted living with some services. She doesn't need much. It's outstanding. There was a personal relationship with my mom and the director because my dad had spent his last days there. The financial arrangements were easy to make, and the building is suitable. She's not happy to be there, but she's not going to be happy anywhere besides home.

The facilities are clean, comfortable, and inviting. The staff is friendly, caring, and professional; they provide excellent care. The food is the best of any facility my father has resided in.
