Vitalia Stow

Lovely place, the representative was very helpful and friendly. The down side was the fact that nothing was available, the one bedroom apartment was teeny and the price over my budget. I also don't need 3 meals a day.

My rating would've been higher but the food/dining has suffered over the last few months. Lack of help has prompted a lower score.

Vitalia Stow has many activities for residents. The staff is helpful and caring, starting with the first person you see at the front desk, [name removed]. [name removed] goes above and beyond to assist you in a professional, yet friendly, manner. The Executive Director provides the leadership to make being here a positive experience. Read through their webpages, call for a tour, and visit. It is a very good Senior Living Community option. I have lived at other communities, and this is the best.

Mom's great experience

All 5s except for the meals and dining food. Most of the food is good but mom has been disappointed with some dishes. However what we like the most about the community is their very friendly and caring staff; residents are also kind, it didn't take long for mom to make friends; good amount of activities each day

Good facility

Beautiful building and rooms. Good food. Nursing is attentive but they could use an extra nurse during the day in assisted living part of the facility

My mom's journey

The food is good there is a variety but portions are small. My mom is happy with the variety of activities. They issued a 9% increase just last week. Overall pleased but that was big. Overall, my family is very pleased. The staff works hard. There are many different things to choose from in activities. They have special meals and brunches for the families. Christmas had activities all month. The apartment is spacious and nice. Mom enjoys the balcony in the nice weather. The group seems to care and the tenants ar…
