We really liked the facility. And the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside was the costing of the care package.

The nurses and physical therapy staff will are very friendly and efficient. They have my brother on a good schedule checking his sugar and administration of meds. The cleaning gal ( can't remember her name) is pleasant and efficient. He likes the various options for meals. He hasn't really gotten into any activities yet. We also like that the facility is open and there is a lot of light

Aesthetically pleasing, but service lacking

Overall experience: Definitely did everything to get you in--but really dropped the ball after my aunt's death--not very helpful in guiding us. Crickets after she died. I feel we got cheated on our refund. No explanation--just a check in the mail. I didn’t even know what it was for. Staff/care: The staff care was a little better than average. They seem like they really care about her. Check it out for yourself- definitely worth the time to invest in your loved one's future.
