The tenants I saw looked cared for and none were left alone or in need. The rooms were personalized and the neat. Security looked solid. Very nice tour.

Overall, we've had a positive experience. The staff is friendly and caring, and the rooms offer a good amount of floor space. The community is generally very clean, although there is occasionally an odor in the hallways. One of the highlights is the activity program during the week-there are plenty of engaging activities Monday through Friday to keep residents involved. I have found the (direct care) staff to be very dedicated; they bend over backwards to make sure that residents have everything they need to function, and to accommodate personal preferences. The administrative staff whom I've met are also dedicated, and concerned for the welfare of the residents.
