[name removed] was wonderful and spreads her sunshine and laugh with all. [name removed] also was very caring and made it possible for mom to go from rehab to respite in 2 days. Mom is having a trial run and we hope she will want to stay. Everyone is very welcoming and the facility is spotless. As we all would want, she wants to stay in her home but she is not safe and needs more interaction with people. I so hope she stays there.

Sending my mother to Vitality was the best decision I've made . The facility and staff are remarkable.. they get to know each person individually, so all needs can be met . The atmosphere is positive , warm and friendly. This facility was clean, but there was nothing particularly impressive about it. Unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing, especially in memory care. The staff in memory care often seemed overwhelmed and stressed, and simple requests felt like a burden to them. My grandmother’s needs were rarely met, and when I tried to communicate my concerns and dissatisfaction, I felt completely dismissed afterward. Vitality Living is a lovely facility. I will be using it for respite care in their memory care floor. That floor is just as lovely as all the others. Today we popped in for the assessment which was during lunch. It smelled devine and looked delicious. I’m confident my mom will enjoy her stay.

I would like to thank[Name removed] for the professional and welcoming tour of the MC at Vitality. We were particularly impressed with the overall cleanliness and well-organized environment. It was an informative tour. Very knowledgeable. Was a little set back on not knowing the rooms need to be furnished by the family that never was brought up.
