He was only there for 10 days, then went back to the hospital again for another surgery. He arrived back at Vitality around 10pm and Vitality took care of his every need the minute he came through the door. They fed him, put all his things away, took his vitals and checked his incision. I was very impressed by that. I was on the phone with him and witnessed the whole thing. Also, when I call or text a staff member, they respond right away. They are very friendly and professional. Overall we (my Brother, my Dad and I) were happy with Vitality Living Lake Forest. It was clean, nicely decorated, quiet and friendly. They hold events and keep family and clients informed of these events as needed. My Dad attended a movie once and seemed to really enjoy it. People helped him get in to and out of the chair at their theater. He as quite pleased. Whenever I called to find out something about my Dad (I live in NY and had trouble getting in touch with him a couple of times, plus a few other easy issues…

PositiveThis fight this facility, exuded, energy and happiness everywhere we went. We entered at 10 o’clock in the morning and left at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. In that time we had lunch in the dining room and enjoyed every minute of it. When it was time to leave, my husband said he really wanted to stay there. We are actively looking into it.

Positive[name removed] was wonderful and spreads her sunshine and laugh with all. [name removed] also was very caring and made it possible for mom to go from rehab to respite in 2 days. Mom is having a trial run and we hope she will want to stay. Everyone is very welcoming and the facility is spotless. As we all would want, she wants to stay in her home but she is not safe and needs more interaction with people. I so hope she stays there.
