There seems to be a good amount of staff turnover and at times it's noticeable that the residents do not have caretakers watching them as much as they need. They do provide a variety of activities and the activity staff is engaging, but seem overwhelmed at times. There is a nice variety of snacks and meals throughout the day. Laundry often gets piled up and clothing can go missing very often. They keep the main areas, hallways and dining areas clean. My mom's room is sometimes in need of vacuuming and dusting, …

The staff is friendly, accessible and seem to want to get to each resident and their family members on a personal level. I am very pleased with the activity offerings and schedule. I do think they could do a better job of getting residents out of their rooms each time to make sure they participate. The meals are good and well balanced.
