100% — I would leave a loved one here. From the moment you step through the doors at Franklin Manor, you can feel the love, warmth, and genuine care. It’s unlike anything I experienced while touring other places. Although finances are tough and we ultimately decided to move forward with a Medicaid facility, Franklin Manor truly stood out. [name removed] was amazing, the building was fresh and clean, and seeing the Executive Director walking throughout the community and engaging with everyone made such an impressi…

I visited this facility

I had an excellent tour of Franklin Manor. The community was well put together. It was clean. The residents were having a good time together. At the time that I toured, they were having lunch, and some of them had finished, so they were sitting around talking. The people who took care of them were laughing with them and having a good time. It was efficiently run. The alarm system was intact. The facility was clean and manicured. Outside and inside, it was really clean. Everybody was happy. There was no problem with…

Overall nice facility

I live in Lawrenceville,Ga and was able to visit my Aunt [name removed] once while she was in Franklin Manor .She looked well and eating lunch that she was enjoying. The staff was patient and pleasant. Her room was nice and in order. I don't think she participated in activities, is a quiet shy person.

I visited this facility

I liked the double occupancy bedroom at Franklin Manor. It's a good-sized room. It's not large, but not small, and there's a partition that separates the two residents, which a lot of places don't have. The tour guide seemed nice. I went through the cafeteria, and it was also a good size. The facility was very neat and very clean. There's no foul order. It didn't smell. The outside appearance was very nice.

Overall would recommend

My father was only there for 25 days before he passed away but overall they seem to do a good job for him. For our brief experience with them they seemed very nice and caring. I visited every day and never saw anything bad or inappropriate going on.

I visited this facility

We toured Franklin Manor. I liked that it was secure. I liked that the residents were free to move around the facility. There was plenty of staff. The only thing I didn't like was maybe the size of the rooms for the share of rooms. It was very clean. It was great. They had a place where they watched movies. They had a hair salon. They did have a common area outside, and I did like that they have family days where the family can come by. They'll have a cookout or something and the family can come, so that …
