As previous stated they are currently in the process of changing their staff, i.e. Medical staff, around and things are going a little slower then I believe they had originally anticipated.

I visited this facility

Walnut Crossing had very nice residents. The tour was super great. Samantha, the lady who took us around the tour, was able to show us some of the accommodations that they had. As I was walking through, I was observing the staff interaction with the patients. Even on the side with the dementia care, it was very lovely. I could tell they were taking really good care of the patients. There was one who was getting her hair done, and she wasn't feeling good. Her nurse was right beside her and didn't move. She…

I visited this facility

Walnut Crossing was fantastic. It was a clean facility. I only encountered the woman on the tour. She was very friendly and seemed caring and knowledgeable. The rooms were adequate for what I needed. It was just a room with a window and a bathroom. It was empty.

Critical

Review for Walnut Crossing

Since my mom has moved to memory care, I am not happy with her care. Although the food is great. They need more compassion for the patients -I just don't feel they are getting the care they need for what we are paying.
