PositiveI would give this place 5 stars but ffor the fact that the housekeeping staff needlessly cuts off access to the dining room at times when I would like to have access to get some coffee and/or get to the back patio. I raised the issue with the administration and was basically told to just accept it. Again, there is no legitimate reason for closing the dining room.

PositiveI recently needed assistance with my personal care after a hip surgery. Walton Place assisted living worked with my hospital case manager to admit me quickly. The staff were professional, the food was amazing, the facility very clean and well maintained. It felt more like being at home than it did in an assisted living facility. PositiveI did enjoy her being at Walton Place. I trusted their care, they were very responsive about her health, plan of care and changes in her health were taken seriously as they called the hospital in a timely manner when she needed a higher level of care. I didn't like that they couldn't do a debit or credit card payment over the phone. I've sent them checks that still haven't been cashed. PositiveMy brother is in Walton Place Assisted Living Facility. So far, I'm very happy and so is he with his new facility. It's clean, and it's relatively well staffed.
