My sister [name removed] experience at Waters Edge was very good. The staff was always helpful and kind. The facility was welcoming and comfortable. [name removed] had a wonderful view of the lake from her room and liked watching the wildlife.

PositiveSafe and caring place for a loved one
The facility is wonderful in how it is laid out. All rooms are single rooms with a shared common area and open kitchen/dining area on each floor. The building sits on a secluded lot with a large pond in the back and lots of trees. Sightings of wildlife (deer, rabbits, geese, birds) occur often. My mom (who has memory loss and dementia) has been there for a year. We have had an administration and staff turnover already. The staff who work with the residents are great.
