Concerns with food

Clean facility and friendly /competent staff. Food choices, preparation, menus, quality, and alternatives are terrible. Many residents throw food away due to such poor quality.Tough /poor quality meats, too many fillers (rice, pasta, etc). Not enough fruit, quality veggies, and food choices that are dental-work friendly. Worried about resident malnutrition due such poor food offerings and throw-away volume. Management needs to address this long-standing issue.

A Nice Place

The thing that is the most disappointing is that the food is not very good at all. They need to make a change. The units are nice, they are set up like an apartment which gives a more independent feel. The administration is very nice. Like everywhere it is hard to have enough care staff. I would like to see more in the way of activities. We have had some issues with medication being ordered correctly. But overall it has been a positive experience.

A Nice Place

Waterford Senior Living ins a very nice place. The staff is friendly. My wife was thriving prior to the quarantine. I hope to get in to visit her soon. The food is good. The room sizes are adequate. It has been a positive experience so far.

This was really nice facility, unfortunately my father did not qualify for the level of care they provide.

Very nice clean place. Everyone I've dealt with on the staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. My mom says she really likes it there and loves the meals and activities, and I'm glad she's there.

Clean, friendly, efficient and attentive staff and facility.

The first introduction to Waterford Senior Living was an invitation to join the residents for lunch to experience and learn first hand about the facility. The building was very clean and inviting with several areas for residents to gather outside of their own apartments. The staff is very attentive to the needs of their residents and made several accommodations to get our mother acclimated to her new surroundings.
