Waterview is the best place for my mom. She seems content and has most things she needs all under one roof. All the people seem very friendly- staff and other residents. The size of her apartment is just perfect for her. It holds her queen size bed and dresser chest and a nice size closet space. She likes to go to the activities and occasionally I go with her so she can see what they are like. I am very happy with my mom living there

4 only because the Wi-Fi in the building is a little lacking. Otherwise it is a very nice place to live. I am enjoying myself. I would definitely recommend others.

We are residents of Waterview - The Point Independent Living. Everyone is very, very friendly and helpful. Our apartment is very nice. You have your handicap bars up in the shower and the stool. I have a partial view of the lake, which is very nice. Every Tuesday and Thursday, there is some celebration, especially your birthdays, which are celebrated at the end of the month with the group. Animals are accepted here. Right now, they're going to have a Halloween party with costumes, and they're decorating p…

I didn't rate any as 5 as 5 means perfect to me and no place is perfect. Waterview is wonderful and I'm glad to be here. It's a great place & I especially enjoy all the daily activities they offer.

PositiveMoving a reluctant mom
[name removed] at Waterview did a great job helping me entice my reluctant 88 year old mother. She had her home and didn’t want to leave it! She lived alone (down the street from me), and it had become too much for her. We went for a visit to Waterview and had us stay for lunch. They did a good job letting her warm up to the idea over a matter of months. When the time came, they made her feel special and welcomed. She has been there for 3 months and has made friends. Very thankful she’s adjusting well.
