The apartment is good for a single individual and the kitchenette is good as well. They are supposed to provide cleaning every two weeks, but that is not consistent as it seems they have frequent staffing challenges. The aspect my father dislikes the most and complains about regularly is the food. He has provided feedback that the food is awful and he has frequently observed unsafe food handling practices and poor sanitation of the trays, dining areas and utensils

Room size small staff is wonderful love them activities are great for all ages it's an old place but clean 1 bed and 2 bed & studio. I love it here I would recommend Emmerson 100%. Everyone is kind , helpful, considerate. Something for everyone. Just remember you can't please everyone but staff listens and tries.

The apartment is good size with good layout for single occupant and good kitchen appointments. The food leaves a lot to be desired and they have had a couple health department troubles in the last 4 months, cleaning is supposed to happen every two weeks - this has been unreliable. There have been several days with no hot water. Rear facility doors are dilapidated and not ideal for individuals with mobility limitations
