CriticalMy mom is staying in the Waterville Residential Care Center. I like nothing about it. It's filthy. It has a nasty stench going on throughout the entire building. Her room is inadequate for her. It doesn't have a handicapped bathroom. She's not receiving the physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy she needs. It is not a memory care facility, which is what she needs; she has dementia. They're allowing her to leave the residence every single day with her boyfriend. And that means…

CriticalBad place, the night crew were mean to our mother but never found out until we got her out of there. Don't bring anyone to this dump. She's now in the community center in Morrisville this place is beautiful and the staff are super nice.

CriticalWorse care you can get for your loved one. If you need a rehab or nursing home DO NOT TAKE THEM TO WATERVILLE RESIDENTIAL CARE, THEY WILL NOT TREAT THEM RIGHT. Then again if you hate the person do send them there because they will make life miserable for them. It.s, not the end for us we will be contacting the Longeratta law firm to sue them if at all possable.
