PositiveI like Waupaca Elder Care Home because you can see all the rooms from the center of it. They were laid out in a circular formation. We are very pleased with them right now. It is a smaller community.

CriticalThe staff were overall friendly, although the building and its facilities seemed outdated. When we visited her, she explained that there were activities that she could do to connect with the other residents, which was surprising. The staff seemed to encourage interaction with everyone else there. There was a medication error (or rather miscommunication) between my mother-in-law's doctor/hospital and a nurse that was on site.
