I would give Wellstead 5 stars. [name removed] has been thriving since I moved him to Wellstead. He has not had 1 fall as precautions have been taken with his bed height & wheelchair. He has hospice that visits a couple times a week & also arrange pet therapy which he enjoys. Care aids are plentiful at all times. There are daily activities residents can join or decline. When he was more self-sufficient, the experience felt more appropriate, but over time concerns arose about paying for a higher level of care than was actually needed. The Staff is nice. The food is good (except my fil hates pork) he enjoys the rest. It is clean and they do a fairly good job with keeping his room somewhat clean. His space is large for him and he seems to like the room except the noise from the air conditioner in the summer.
