Dissatisfied on every level

I would not recommend that anyone move their loved one to this facility. The owner [removed] is never available. I only met her once, a month after moving to this facility. I was promised weekly activities, which never happened. [removed] Also they do not provide medications to the residents according to what the doctor prescribes. Wesley House 1 was full. No one there had heard of Theo Jordan.

I went to 2 of the homes. Both were nice and clean. The residents were up, dressed and some were eating. The cost for services are expensive. I asked if they could work with the family and I was told they would get back with me. 24 hours later; still waiting...
