I'm in White Pine Senior Living of White Bear Lake right now. It's been taken over by Prelude. After living on the second floor, I moved down to the first floor, which is a bigger room, so I liked it, because from that point the view is better. The common areas on the first floor are being painted and they paint the upstairs too, so it's going to look prettier. The reason I moved was they wanted everybody who was in assisted living on the first floor and everybody who was in memory care on the second…

Good. Servers are good. Grounds well kept. Clean. I want to like majority of food. It is horrible and I would not say that earlier because I didn't want to ruin someone's employment. it is really truly below average.

Staff gave a very poor tour and lacked enthusiasm. We could not get out of there fast enough.

Worst place

Worst place to send a family member. Staff truly doesn’t care about the residents. Food is absolutely horrible and plain, no flavor at all my grandmother hates it. Will definitely be looking for a new place for here where staff is attentive and actually cares about the residents, not just waiting on them to pass.

Memory care on main floor. Pets not available, just rooms. Not interested.

I am living at White Pine and it's good. It's small and they have memory care on the first floor and assisted living on the second floor. They have some activities with an activities director, but there aren't a lot. The staff is not very big, but they've got a really good nursing system and the house manager is terrific. The room is large with a living room and bedroom.
