CriticalI recently visited a former neighbor/friend and I was appalled! He had no shoes and was wearing someone else’s grimy clothes- his family had provided shoes and clothes. His bed was literally a pile of rags - not even a pillow case. People wondered around w/o supervision, they waited at least 15 minutes to get their food while an aide sat nearby and ate her meal. My friend’s meal tray had one napkin and no straws for the beverages; even though his meal stated no extra salt a packet was on his tray. His family provid…

CriticalThe place was filthy and had terrible odor. Staff spent most of the day playing on their phones. Food was terrible. This place needs an Inspection.

CriticalI only give this place one star and that is for the nurses who actually did their job and worked like they wanted to be there. My mom was in there for 2 weeks for rehab after almost not being here anymore. This place is NOTHING like their website shows! Outdated and depressing rooms, paint peeling off the walls, not even enough plugs to plug in a charger, I had to bring her a power strip. It was SO hot in there I had to bring 2 small fans to clip onto her table just to try to keep her comfortable. No extra pillows …

CriticalThe rooms are outdated which would not have bothered me or my loved one had it not been for the black filth that was every where. I do not believe there is a mop in the entire facility nor does there seem to be anyone who wipes any surfaces other than the front lobby - which is quite deceptive on how the rest looks. The elevators are from the 60's and break down constantly, but the stairwell has trash and black soot/dirt on the floors/railing/ doors so that is nice. I experienced a very few nurses and aides th…

PositiveWe've placed dad at Williamsville Suburban LLC. Everyone has been open, honest, and transparent. They've been great to work with, and great with follow-up. They went out of their way to allow my father to come in, allow my father to grow, and they're making concessions for him based on his needs. His room is basic, but it has everything that he needs. Everyone there is very friendly and very accommodating. I met with the activities director and he explained to me all the neat things that they do like…
