PositiveThere wasn't much at all to say negative. First of all the price was affordable. I was thrilled about that! 2- i can put a microwave in my unit. 3-there is a stove. 4- no bugs!!! Staff and residents are all warm and welcoming! Was the first place i looked at. Now after viewing a number of places, this is it. This is the one really like.

PositiveWe pass by it weekly, but were unaware of it's all-inclusive common sense amenities until A Place For Mom contacted me. The facility has great reviews, so we booked a tour. PositiveWillow Creek Gracious Retirement Living feels like home. I think my friend likes it because of the affordability, which is the most important thing. The staff members are very helpful. PositiveWillow Creek is a beautiful building. The staff that we met in our 3 visits over several months were very friendly and helpful. We like that there are managers living in the building. We witnessed fun activities. The residents were all very positive when we asked for their opinion of the place. My mother-in-law was very pleased. She also liked the 24/7 soft serve ice cream and the theater room.

CriticalI visited the independent living community of Willow Creek Gracious Retirement Living in Chesapeake. The apartments seem to be very nice. I met the activities coordinator, and she was very friendly. There are activities throughout the day, like bingo, different games, and arts and crafts. They have a kitchen called Grandma's Kitchen, where you can come in and cook, and they do cooking activities there. The apartments only have a kitchenette, and there is no stove or oven, so you can't cook. They offer thr…
