My dad is now at Willowick Assisted Living of Janesville. What I like most is the staff-to-resident ratio. The owners of the community are very hands-on with everybody that's involved there. It is very warm and welcoming. It's very much like walking into a home. Everything is in good repair. Everybody there is very friendly, very warm, and very welcoming, and they answer your questions.
