Windermere At Cartmell

My mom lived at Windermere for several years and was very happy and well-cared for there. The staff is exceptional, in that their care and concern for her was very apparent to our family and to mom. She was happy to have found good friends there. She appreciated the opportunity to make suggestions for creating enjoyable events and activities, and the staff most often made those activities available. My mom lived at Windermere from 2019 until her recent death. We visited other assisted living facilities, but our choice was obvious. While it was a big change for her everyone was so welcoming that she settled in very quickly. She thrived with the daily interaction with neighbors and staff and enjoyed staying busy and occupied. I visited this facility

I went to Windermere at Cartmell. The apartments were nice, and I liked them. The staff was very courteous and very nice. The food was good. I had no complaints. They showed me all the different things that they had to offer to the people living there. They had a theater room and a recreation room, and they had several activities for the elderly. The place was well maintained.

We just moved our mother into Windermere and can't rave about the staff, facility, and residents!!! While getting mom's room ready everyone was helpful and welcoming. Many thanks to all for making a hard experience less painful!!!!
