I visited this facility

Tried to tour this facility for my mother and was shocked by the way we were treated by a staff member in an office at the entrance. She gave us a dirty look and didn't welcome us and when we asked for a tour she became very aggressive and told us we should have an appointment for a tour (my mothers social worker told us NOT to schedule a tour!) We went to 4 other facilities that day and were more than welcomed without a scheduled appointment! She argued with us about this and when we tried to leave yelled at …

I visited Wyndemere Memory Care. The place was average, with small rooms. The upkeep and maintenance were good, though. The staff who gave me the tour was fine. I saw the dining area, and it was just some tables and stuff. It's kind of a small facility.

My grandmother was at this facility for many years, she has since passed. The care my grandmother received was beyond my mother’s expectations. We will forever be grateful for Wyndemere and their team for the love and compassion they showed my grandmother.

I visited this facility

My tour experience at Wyndemere Estate was good. I was able to talk to some of the residents there. The facility had a center courtyard, which was very nice and secure. They had shared showers. There were no personal showers in the rooms. You're dependent on their care more, so you can't really do self-care. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The dining area was very organized.
