CriticalMy contact [name removed] was very friendly and inviting and provided detailed information about the services offered. The residents seemed to interact with her on a friendship basis however I wasn't fond of the lay out at the cedar lane address (small common area and had steps). [Name removed] then took me to a second location nearby in the Thunder Hill community that I found to be a more suitable location for my mother.
