My sister-in-law has moved into ActivCare at 4S Ranch. We've been very impressed with that. We looked at the other facilities, and they just didn't seem to be the right fit for her. We like the fact that they have full-time good staff, and they have a nurse that's available any time there's a fall or anything. They're right on top of it. They have activities for the residents. They're very good with their COVID protocols. It's a beautiful facility, and she's got a great room.…

During our loved ones stay the community was absolutely excellent, he received the best care he could of there we have no complaints whatsoever.

My relative was a resident of ActivCare at 4S Ranch for 2 months. The place was beautiful and very clean. It was very nice to go visit. The staff was wonderful. They all were very, very nice and accommodating. They were very good to my relative. She had a private suite. It was a room with a bed, a dresser, a couple of chairs, and very adequate. They had a lot of little activities for them to do. Some of it was exercise. They did makeup and nails. They had different things throughout the day.
