PositiveFirst the people, Residents and staff are great. Everyone is friendly and caring. I love the activities and the Gym classes.

PositiveI toured Walnut Village. Their financing is quite a bit better. The people there, residents and staff, are very friendly. That's probably the best. The people working there were very nice. You never really have to ask for anything, and if you do, there is always somebody there in a minute. They were very good. The servers for dinner and lunch were right there. All the amenities there are very good. I think a couple of the things there are maybe even better than the other place. Their gym is better. We had dinn…

PositiveWe looked at five senior living places and chose Walnut Village. It was the only place that people looked up and greeted us as we walked through the facility. We were invited to stay overnight including dinner and breakfast. We were greeted and guided by one of the residents who freely answered our questions and walked us around and through the entire Village. It made our choice clear!

PositiveI visited Walnut Village. I loved the apartment that I looked at, and it was out in a quiet area. So for me, it was perfect. It just seems very friendly and nice. They have regular housekeeping and everything like that. They have a little store, a happy hour, and an indoor swimming pool. It was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. They went into great detail about the apartment. I was very happy with them. The food was excellent. The dining area was beautiful. lt's like dining at a beautiful restaurant. Eve…

PositiveI cannot say enough how amazing the staff is at WV. From [name removed] in sales, especially, to literally the heads of each department we met. We had a medical setback just days before moving into an apartment which required a change in living situation at the Village, and they made it seamless at a very scary and stressful time. You will not regret this community, so much to offer with the things you expect. It's the things you didn't even know to ask or consider that they also have covered. We researched over…

PositiveWalnut Village was very nice and we were still considering them. They're accessible from where we are. It was a little bit close to Disneyland. They have nice facilities inside but the surrounding neighborhood was a little bit more crowded. The staff was all good. They were very helpful. They gave us all the information and responded to us. We had lunch there and it was all presented very well, but I think it wasn't enough. We noticed that they were small portions. The facility was upscale, but kind of an…
