All questions get a 5. Before finding this facility, they were at [community removed]. They told me they could handle them from assisted living until death. They grossly over sold their memory care division. They did not have an educated staff to handle the easiest of situations. Activate has been excellent. My father passed away on [date removed]& they handled it perfectly. Even minimizing the effect on my Mom afterwards! Educated staff & they are always happy to help in any way they can with a smile on their face…

My mom absolutely adores ActivCare! She moved to ActivCare from another facility in the area, and the care she is receiving now so outshines her other facility. She is kept active all day long, so many activities here, and SUCH wonderful staff. My parents were not participating at another facility & going down hill fast. They have only been at Active Care for 2 months & I have seen a great improvement in their countenance & activity level. over the past 6 months, I have visited activcare nearly daily and typically spend between 3-6 hours there. I have been there during shift changes, meals, special events and witness their everyday routines. I have become quite familiar with the front office staff, nurses, and aides that work with the residents.
