Adava Care of Neenah I

We have our mother there now. Omg! What a nightmare!

This place is horrible! Don’t bring your loved one here! It has changed ownership and management since the good reviews. There is almost nothing they say about the place that is true!! We are actively trying to fix it or move our loved one from this establishment!

I currently have my mother there now. Worst management ever. Take your loved ones anywhere but to an AdavaCare.

Not a nice place at all. Terrible management and ownership! So very sorry we ever brought our mother there. 😱 The only reason I am giving it a one star is because I can’t give any less than that to review it.

Our visit was wonderful. [name removed] did a very good job answering our questions. She is definitely built for her job. We are going to try and place my mom here.

Great Location

The have a great location. The staff is good. The food is pretty good. The layout of the community is good and the room sizes are good. The do not have much outdoor for the memory care. They have a seciure memory care.

The staff at Matthews of Neenah, dementia unit do a great job of taking care of their patients. While at times it seems they are a bit short staffed, reality is they do a wonderful job. The place is clean, accommodating and a place that gives family members a level of comfort knowing their loved ones are being cared for. [Removed] is amazing and does a great job of running the show.
