★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is wonderful in that they know everyone's name and preferences, greet them and talk to them whenever they see them. My mom tells my whole family how friendly everyone is. [name removed] is one of the activity leaders that I've met and he's very enthusiastic and engaging and gets the residents excited and participating. PositiveThey are amazing. great service and great food. they take great care of my mom. she had to transition from assisted to memory care and was seamless and great. And thanks overall to your company they were really helpful in a very stressful crisis moment and helped find the right place for my mom. I appreciate it.
★★★★★
PositiveIt was excellent. I got a lot of helpful information. The apartments were beautiful and the activities varied. The food looks good which is important. I'm glad that I went on the tour.

For people who need assistance or have dementia, I am not convinced they want or need pubs and movie theaters. Clearwater is new and seems empty. In my husband’s case, for whom I am looking, a fishing lodge atmosphere would make him more comfortable. Lots of people hanging out together would make me more comfortable.
